Craig Pankow is Vice President for Student Services at Pacific Rim Christian University. He earned his master’s in marriage and family counseling at Chaminade University of Honolulu and his bachelor’s in exercise and sports science the University of Wisconsin—La Crosse. Erica Jansen is earning her master of divinity and is the student life coordinator at Pac Rim.
