ElieKapiheEllie Kapihe is Pastor of Windward Missionary Church. Pastoring for 17 years, seven as a Youth Pastor at Mililani Missionary Church and ten years at current church. He has always ministered and counseled families since he began ministry in 1998. A graduate of Waipahu High School and later from University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
