Pete Dilwith was born/Raised/Baptized Catholic/Catholic Schools – Forced to attend 7am Mass every Sunday. Caused him to lose interest in anything spiritual. At age 17, joined the Military – Quit attending any type of services. Entered college after training UH-Hilo – son born at age 19. Started working at the Mortuary next door to my apartment. Got other job through Mortician. Other job shut down Mid December. Depressed – moved back to Oahu. Day after Christmas got Job doing transport. 10 months later offered job at Mililani. Studied, worked, passed licensing test. Drug use begins – Never Interested in Drugs. 10 months – lost everything – Job, house, car, marriage, relationship with parents & sibling. 6 years – homeless….drug dealer…..inmate – sentenced to 1 – 10yr 6 – 5yr concurrent sentences. After 25 months incarceration – GOTTA GET OUT!!!
