Alan Barolome graduated from Waipahu High School and from Southern California College. After graduating with a business degree, he returned home to Hawaii and started working with the youth at Bethel Chapel. It was a couple years later that he and a group of friends started a band called Skanabata that played venues all over Oahu and got to play Maui, Kauai, and a few on the West Coast.
Working with youth leaders from churches,a movement called Unashamed was born while in Maui. Currently, Alan serves on the pastoral staff at Bethel Chapel Assembly of God in Waipahu and works with his wife and others in the BREWERY and YA Roots ministry. He also works with anti-trafficking non-profit MADE IN HOPE. He travels for missions often (Philippines). Alan married Donna Mae Silva.They have a 3 year old son named Clive Samuel.
