Heather Davis Nelson is a writer, counselor, and speaker. She is the author of Unashamed: Healing Our Brokenness and Finding Freedom from Shame. Heather has degrees in biblical counseling from the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation as well as Westminster Theological Seminary. Heather has been a featured writer for the Gospel Coalition and a contributing author to the Journal of Biblical Counseling. She is married to Rev. Seth Nelson. They have two daughters: Lucia and Aletheia.
