Pastor James “Tex” Texeira planted Solid Rock Ministries in 1990 with his wife Shelley. After pastoring in Kona from 28 years they became lead pastors of Overflow Church in Kohala. Tex also serves as the Assistant Superintendent for the Hawaii Assemblies of God.
