
Marc Stein has dedicated more than 15 years of his professional career to strategic leadership. In his position as Vice President of Field Services, he oversees and manages all hands-on initia- tives and departments that serve people affected by disability for Joni and Friends, including Wheels for the World, Family Retreats, Church Relations, Correspondence and Resource, and 23 Joni and Friends U.S. Area Ministries.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in business from California Coast University in Orange County, California.
Prior to joining Joni and Friends, Marc served for several years as president of Gospel Light Worldwide, an international children’s ministry and publishing and book licens- ing organization in Ventura, California. As director of U.S. Field Operations with Bible League International in Crete, Illinois, Marc led major donor development efforts with extraordinary results. He was also the founder and CEO of his own communications company, providing organizations with management consulting, strategic planning and executive coaching services.
His vision and passion for the disabled started years ago when he began serving and advocating for special needs children and group homes.
Marc and his wife, Sylvia, reside in Ventura County and are the parents of five grown children and three grandchildren.
