What led a sixteen-year-old Eagle Scout from Illinois to owning and/or operating sixteen new car franchises across the country? How did this young man who did farm work go from Kansas to Hawaii, in the automotive industry, to Washington D.C. at the Museum of the Bible? This is the story of Mark Benson, a man who loves God, loves people, and a Christ-like way of rebuilding what is broken.
Mark Benson is in charge of Partner Relations for Museum of the Bible covering from Colorado to Asia. He has been in the automotive business since college, holding a degree from Iowa State University in Agricultural Economics. Mark has owned and/or operated some 16 new car franchises across the country. He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International and a Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver recipient. Mark is married to Mary. They have one son, Patrick, and consider Hawaii their home.
