William Shakespeare wrote, “`Tis not enough to help the feeble up, but to support him after.” Businesses help families by providing jobs. It The owner of the company is responsible for finding the work and the funds to provide employment for the staff. Only then, after all are paid and the taxes are paid and insurance is paid, does the owner have a chance to consider the profits. I have a deep respect for business leaders. Our guest today can tell us a thing or two about running a successful business. But, it is Napela Gaspang’s story of redemption that first must be heard.

Biography: Napela Gaspang is the president of Pomaika`i Transport Services which has received an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. She and her husband Adam run the company (you may see their trucks on the road often). She is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. More than being a business owner, she is a mother and member of C12, a group of high level Christian business owners.
