Championship football coach and media commentator Lou Holtz says, “It’s not the load that breaks you down. It’s the way you carry it.” The Bible speaks of wisdom – how to carry the everyday burdens of life. Jesus said in Matthew 11:29, “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” One of the ways Jesus helps us do this is by sending people our way who are caring, motivating and connecting. Gary Goslin is one of those unique people.
Gary Goslin was born and raised in Bay City Michigan, but moved to Hawai’i in 1979. He currently pioneers Anthony Robbins Personal Growth and Development Programs, and is owner of International Marketing Company. Gary is also a New Hope Pastor serving alongside Wayne Cordeiro in the Greater Honolulu area. He serves as the Director of both the YES Evangelism Ministry and Marketplace Leadership (MPL) which seeks to connect and encourage Christians in the workplace. He is also an Associate Trainer and International Country Coordinator for John C. Maxwell’s Equip Ministry.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, water sports, running, and football. He also has a claim to fame in which his great uncle, Goose Goslin was a Hall of Fame player for the Detroit Tigers, a powerful left handed hitter renown for his clutch hitting. Gary lives in Waikiki with his beautiful wife Cristina who is an Intensive Care Nurse at Queen’s Medical Center.
