What circumstances would lead a woman to be an integral part of an organization to provide abortion healing services? This is the story of Sara Loy, a life of openness to God’s leading and faithful response to the touch of the Holy Spirit. One of compassion, empathy, and love as we read in 1 Corinthians 13:3, “Three things will last forever – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love.”
Sara Loy has a Master’s in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in MA. She is now the Director at Springwater, an arm of Boston Center for Pregnancy Choices, which provides after abortion healing services, including individual counseling, groups, and retreats. She is married to Andrew. They have two children, David & Chloe.
