Do you like stories that warm your heart and inspire you to go forward to living the best God has for you? I’ve got one for you. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.” Ever work so hard toward a goal and have it vanish before you in what seems like an unbelievably shocking moment? Our guest put her heart and soul into her achievement only to realize in the end it wasn’t going to happen. Like her, if you’ve ever been there, take heart, my friend, the – for the end is the beginning.
Jamie Lee-Kwai was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 1996, she graduated from Henry J. Kaiser High School, and went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from San Jose State University, and most recently graduated with an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. While growing up in Hawai’i, she attended Nu’uanu Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rick Lazor. During her years in San Diego she attended The Rock Church serving and leading Bible study for the Island Praise and Dance Ministry. A big part of this ministry was spreading the love of Christ through Christian hula. After living in California for 15 years, the Lord opened doors for her to return home to Hawai’i, where she currently attends New Hope Windward and works in sales for ThyssenKrupp Elevator company.
