Tracey Saiki is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force for over 26 years. She worked in the Chamber of Commerce in military affairs. She enjoys cooking and finding ways to enjoy that again (gardening and yard work – and travelling – personally and professionally). She’s been all over the world through her father’s military career (the United States – attended 12 schools – with dad working around a lot). She is Hawaiian, Chinese, Japanese.

In 1986 she completed here Bachelors degree at UH and most recently completed her masters degree at HPU. Two weeks later she had the stroke on December 31, 2013. She has a very rare brain disease called Moya Moya – massive blood loss – ischemic stroke – lost a portion of her left lobe.
