Charles Caleb Colton said, “Times of great calamity and confusion have been productive for the greatest minds. The purest ore is produced from the hottest furnace. The brightest thunder-bolt is elicited from the darkest storm.” Where can hope be found in the midst of despair? Is it possible to get order out of chaos? When you experience heartbreak can you find healing? Our guest today is living amidst Super Storm Sandy and all that comes in the wake of destruction. He’s here to remind us that there is hope…whatever the storm may be.
Bruce Ho is the Associate Pastor of Morning Star New York, the Evening Service Pastor. He grew up in Hawaii and graduated from high school in Guam. Isaiah 25:4 “You have been a refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat…”
