Sue Miller’s passion is to equip parents with skills to raise great kids. During her 17 years as children’s ministry director at Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, IL she became convinced that every child needs a relationship with a really big God to depend on as they grow up in this world—and that parents have a huge effect on whether or not this foundational relationship happens. However, it was the parenting of her own two children that convinced her to do something to bring those two needs together for the sake of parents and kids. In 2005, Sue and her family moved to Atlanta to work at The Rethink Group, a talented, motivated team that writes curriculum for children and families, creates resources for parents to use at home, and trains church leaders all over the world. Their goal is to help church leaders partner with parents to help good parents become great parents. “Parenting: What Matters Most”, “Words That Build Faith in Children”Ed Brackenbury is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
